Our Cases

One of Georgia’s leading carbonated-drinks producers needed spare parts and consumables for its packaging line supplied promptly — per the technical spec and diagnostics — so the equipment wouldn’t stand idle and the line would keep running without interruption.

Following the technical spec, ELIS selected the required spare parts and consumables and arranged their prompt delivery to keep the line running.

The supply was delivered on time — the line kept operating with no downtime or interruptions.

The packaging line was successfully launched — the producer received a ready-to-run, turnkey solution and established block packaging.

The client needed a complex range of measuring and road equipment unavailable on the local market — and it had to be covered comprehensively, through a single supplier in a single delivery.

ELIS sourced and selected every required item, including rare and hard-to-find ones, and assembled them into a single package tailored to the site’s needs.

All items were supplied in full and exactly on schedule. The site received the equipment in one delivery — no delays, no hunting across multiple suppliers.

An operating industrial facility needed a full reconstruction — selecting construction materials, supplying them, and carrying out the building and repair works, followed by commissioning. A comprehensive job: materials, works, and result from a single contractor.

ELIS took on the entire project — selecting construction materials to the site’s requirements, arranging their supply, and performing the full scope of reconstruction and repair works, through to commissioning.

A site in Tbilisi required turnkey repair works: selecting and supplying the necessary construction materials and then carrying out the repairs themselves. The client needed both the materials and the labour from a single contractor — without coordinating between several suppliers.

ELIS took on the whole project: it calculated the volumes and selected construction materials for the specific needs of the site, arranged their delivery to the location in Tbilisi, and carried out the repair works with its own crew. Every stage — from purchasing the materials to the final finishing — ran on a single schedule under unified quality control.

The Tbilisi site was completed on time. The client received both the materials and a finished result from one contractor, with no downtime or unnecessary approvals, and can turn to us for further servicing.

An active construction site in Tbilisi needed a large batch of construction blocks — 30,000 units — supplied on a tight schedule, to a single quality standard and without slowing the build. The material had to stay reliably available on site throughout the works.

ELIS took on procurement and logistics for the entire volume and delivered the 30,000 blocks in batches, in sync with the construction schedule — so material arrived exactly when needed, with no downtime and no overstock on site.

All 30,000 blocks were delivered in full and on time. The site received single-standard material from one supplier, work proceeded without delays, and availability and logistics were handled end-to-end by ELIS.
